The Commission is interested in hearing from you. If you have questions for the Commission or if you have information that you believe might be helpful to the Commissioner in completing his mandate, please pass it along.

If you want a reply, you will need to provide us with your email or mailing address. While the Commission will respond to all inquiries, we have a lot of work to do, so please be patient if we do not respond to you immediately.

The Commission is staffed by people doing their best to accomplish the work of the Inquiry. We ask that all submissions be respectful and appropriate. We will not respond to rude or otherwise inappropriate submissions.

We encourage you to include your name and contact information with your comments. However, if you want to provide information to the Commission anonymously, you may do so by sending an anonymous letter or by using the Share Your Comments Form below and leaving the name and email address fields blank.
